Typeset is provided for personal, non-commercial use as a typing speed test and practice tool. You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to disrupt its operation, scrape it at abusive volume, or use it to distribute malicious code.
2. No account, no guarantees on stored data
The Site does not require an account. Statistics such as your words-per-minute history and personal bests are stored locally in your browser. We are not responsible for loss of this data due to clearing browser storage, switching devices, or browser issues.
3. Content and passages
Typing passages shown on the Site are drawn from our own writing, public-domain text, or licensed/aggregated sources depending on the mode selected. Passages are provided for typing practice only and should not be relied upon as a primary news or reference source.
4. Advertising
The Site is supported by advertising, including ads served through Google AdSense. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for the content of advertisements shown on the Site.
5. "As is" service
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
